I look for an engagement, which would allow providing my further professional growth, real possibility to use my knowledge and practical experience to solve the tasks in view, financial well-being for my family.
I'm well familiar with work of the shipyard and shipping companies, requirements of the international conventions and the quality monitoring system. As an engineer, training officer and the inspector, I have been working on all kind of vessels, where I was in charge of practical accomplishment of a management system by safety management of vessels, I own my personal programs for collecting of data about a technical condition of the vessels and the technical maintenance control. I have organized service of vessels in according with "system of continuous maintenance service". I have taken part of dynamic adjustment of most of the engines, mentioned bellow. I have been organizing and carrying out repairs and service of the vessels in the ports of the Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Egypt, Bangladesh, Trinidad-and-Tobago. I'm directly participated (developed Technical procedures) and supervised over a non-standard emergency damage repair on ships. I have a photo reports on successfully works carried out with application of non-standard receptions in the decision of engineering problems. As, on the basis of the own calculations I have organized modify works of various systems on new vessels. I have successful experience to perform an underwater ship-repair works of various complexities. Since 2007, I had performed a big quantity of repair works with application of polymeric materials. Starting from 2007 and up to 2011, I was the representative-adviser of "Belzona» branded company in port of Sevastopol Ukraine. I have kept on files all of my repairs in photos. Since November 2011 till today, I'm working in the shipping (offshore) company "Global Marine Services" in ОАЕ as the "port-engineer".
There are 21 vessels managed by the company. My duties are to organize and perform all kind of shore services and repair of company vessels.Official duties:
Control of execution of an ISM on company vessels. Adaptation of an ISM on each vessel. Optimization with reference to the company ships. Providing of delivery of technical supply and spare parts. The control on condition of Rescue and fire-fighting equipment. Engine department crew interviewing and recruiting. The inspection control of condition the vessels, an estimation of qualification of crew members (ED). Evaluation of the technical state of the vessels in service. Engine department reports systematization. Planning and carrying out all kind ships services and repairs. To produce the vessels to classification societies.
